Returns
Return has to be reported within 24 hours..once the return request is approved from our team we will refund your amount and it will credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
To initiate a return, please contact us at jasenmanjventures@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return within 3 days , we will inspect the product and process your refund within 7 -10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Exchange
Unfortunately we do not provide exchange at the movement .if you would like a different product.please place a new order from the website
Damaged or defective products
Exchange/replacement is applicable only if you recieved a defective/ damage product
Exchange/replacement has to be reported within 24 hours.it will get exchanged/replaced within 1- 2 days
